My equipment, I use both film and digital based cameras, i have a Sony SRL 10.2 meg, (Great camera to invest it), I as well use all standard design programs, mostly adobe ( With my profession, its a industry standard).

Need help with my new website.

So I have been working on creating a real website and I have come into some what of a problem that I can not figure out. If some out there is good with photo index pages for website and dont time walking me threw the set up I would truly appreciate it!

Suggestions

I am looking for a better way to extract people or objects from a photo and insert it into another image with it looking "real" short of using the pen tool or extract filter. I am up for some suggestions
